Minchen provides clients with options between Modulus 1 and 15. Speed ratios up to 30:1. We can produce gears with maximum outer diameters of up to 600mm. Gear precision up to JIS 3 (AGMA 11, DIN 7, ISO 7) in finished product, and JIS 0 ( AGMA 14, DIN 4, ISO 4) after grinding processes. All products use the famous brand Gleason or klingelnberg to process in cutting, lapping, and grinding. We have confidence we can provide our clients in perfect product.

In addition, in order to manufacture perfect products for clients, we set up a process system from design till to finished products, all steps is under our strict controls. Before we complete the heat treatment, if there is found any heat treatment error, we will feedback parameter correction back to cutting process, it could be increase the probability of manufacture correct, and modify the mistake in time.
